1. Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • Non-Refundable Deposit: To secure a mobile call-out, an upfront deposit of £40 to £70 is required. This is a call-out fee and is non-refundable once the technician is dispatched.

  • Cancellations: Deposits are only refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. For emergency bookings (within 1–24 hours), the deposit cannot be refunded.

  • Special Orders: Deposits for non-stock or special-order tyres are strictly non-refundable.

  • Inaccurate Information: The customer is responsible for providing the correct tyre size (e.g., 225/45/R17). If our technician arrives and the size is wrong, the job will be closed. To return with a different tyre, a new deposit must be paid.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • Fixed Quotes: We provide fixed quotes over the phone based on your description. Prices remain fixed unless additional work is required or the tyre information provided was incorrect.

  • Payment Method: All payments (deposits and balances) are handled via SumUp secure payment links sent to your mobile.

  • Balance Clearance: The remaining balance must be paid and cleared on-site before our technician leaves the vehicle.

3. Customer Responsibilities & Parking

  • Locking Wheel Nut: We cannot perform work if the locking wheel nut key is missing. Please ensure it is available before booking.

  • Access: Our vans are high-roof vehicles. Ensure there are no height restrictions at your location.

  • Parking Charges & Fines:

    • Customers are responsible for all parking fees in paid zones.

    • If a Parking Fine (PCN) is issued because of the location you requested us to work in, you are liable for the cost.

    • As fines often arrive by post later, we will contact you upon receipt of the fine to request reimbursement. By booking, you agree to pay any such fines incurred at your location.

4. Warranty & Liability

  • Workmanship: We sell new tyres. If a tyre is fitted incorrectly, it will typically fail within hours. We will investigate any claims; if we are at fault, we replace it free of charge.

  • Road Hazards: We are not liable for punctures, nail damage, or kerb damage that happens after we leave the site.

  • Puncture Repair Guarantee: We offer a 28-day guarantee. If the repair fails, you only pay the difference toward a new tyre installation.

  • Alloys & TPMS: We are not liable for minor scratches on alloys caused by blowouts/distorted tyres, nor for TPMS sensors that were damaged by being driven on while flat.

5. Honest ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival)

We provide honest ETAs based on London traffic. If we are running late, we will call you in advance to notify you. We will never mislead you on arrival times just to secure a sale.

6. Privacy Policy (UK GDPR)

  • Data We Collect: We only collect your Name, Mobile Number, and Location Address to provide our service.

  • Payment Security: We do not hold or see your card details. All financial transactions are processed securely by SumUp.

  • Data Sharing: We never sell your data. It is only shared with our technicians (to find you) and SumUp (to send your payment link).

  • Retention: We only keep records for as long as required by UK tax law.
